Campuses

A campus can be a physical or virtual entity. It’s often used to delineate teaching locations, faculty and staff assignments, and location-specific billing practices.

Access the Campuses page: From Student Central, click Search and search for Campuses.

You must create at least one campus for each academic institution.

Here are some things that you can do:

• Enter a future start date for a campus.
• Assign person contacts, location addresses, and identifiers.
• Create relationships between a campus and other entities:
  • A parent relationship with an academic institution.
  • Child relationships with academic organizations.

Rapid Implementation

You can use Rapid Implementation to create and load campuses. Use these tasks in the Setup and Maintenance work area, Student Management offering:

• Upload Academic Structures
