Set a Primary Student Program
When a student has multiple programs at the same academic level, identify a primary program for downstream processes such as tuition calculation.You can set only a main program as primary.
Primary program is based on academic level. A student's programs are organized by academic group. Programs at the same level can belong to different groups. For example, a student has two Undergraduate majors, one in the College of Natural Sciences and one in the College of Liberal Arts. Set one major as the primary program.
To set a primary program:

From Student Central, click Search and search for Learners.

Search for the student.

Click Programs.

On the Student Programs page, click Set Primary.

On the Set Primary Program page, review the (main) programs which are listed by academic level.

Select a primary program.

Enter the date when the program becomes primary. You can make the program primary for a future date.

Click Save.
