Can I change the subscription number of a renewed subscription?

In the renewal rules template, simply leave a blank option for the Renewed Subscription Number list of values. This option lets you enter your own subscription number upon renewal.

Here are the steps:

1. Sign in as a setup user and navigate to Subscription Management.
2. On the Subscription Configuration page, click the Subscription Configuration tab.
3. Click Manage Subscription Rules.
4. Click the Renewal Rules Template subtab.
5. In the Renewal Templates page, click Create.
6. As you create the template, leave the Renewed Subscription Number field blank. This option lets you enter your own subscription number upon renewal.
