How do I initiate a customer asset transfer with included warranty?
Here's how:
- In the Subscription Configuration area, Asset overview page, change the Customer and Account for the asset.
- Check the asset in the Reprocess Installed Base Updates area.
- Run the reprocess job.
- Check the Subscription Details subtab against the asset and check that the new included warranty is available.
Note: The item that the asset has been created against needs to have
an included warranty associated with it.
