How do I initiate a customer asset transfer with included warranty?

Here's how:

  1. In the Subscription Configuration area, Asset overview page, change the Customer and Account for the asset.
  2. Check the asset in the Reprocess Installed Base Updates area.
  3. Run the reprocess job.
  4. Check the Subscription Details subtab against the asset and check that the new included warranty is available.
Note: The item that the asset has been created against needs to have an included warranty associated with it.
