Manage Subscription Approval Notifications

The application automatically sends a notification to the approver when a subscription is submitted for approval. The approver can use this notification to access the subscription approval page to view the subscription details and perform necessary actions.

Here are the actions you can perform as an approver:

  • Approve

  • Reject

  • Request Information

  • Submit Information

  • Add Comment

  • Add Attachments

  • Add Assignee

  • Delegate

  • Reassign

  • Withdraw

  • Escalate

  • Suspend

  • Resume

  • Skip Current Assignment

  • View Approvals

The default report contains the necessary information about the subscription and a link to the Subscription Details page. You can configure the content and layout of various sections of this BI Publisher report using RTF templates (layout changes) and the BI Data model (content changes). Here are some modifications that you can do to the default report:

  • Logo Configuration: Used to modify the brand logo in the header.

  • Title Configuration: Used to configure workflow notification title.

  • Body Configuration: Used to add or remove attributes in the report and add new columns to the existing tables in the report.

  • Footer Links Configuration: Used to hide, approve, or reject links in the notification email.

  • Style Configuration: Used to style the report with different fonts and colors.
