Configure Automatic Promotion and Demotion in New Item Requests

You can configure a new item request for automatic promotion and demotion based on the workflow status.

The table shows which statuses require user configuration to enable automatic promotion, which statuses have automatic promotion enabled by default, and which statuses can be set for automatic demotion.
