How You View Asset Work Order Cost

View maintenance work order costs for an asset directly on the Cost tab of the Edit Asset page.

You use the filters on the Asset Cost tab to view costs at an individual work order level or aggregated by period for the asset. The costs are then displayed for a selected maintenance organization and time period. The search results table shows these details:

Attribute	Description
Period	Period from which the cost is displayed.
Work Order	The work order corresponding to the displayed cost.
Asset	The work order asset corresponding to the displayed cost.
Material Cost	Total material cost for the corresponding work order asset for the period.
Labor Cost	Total labor cost for the corresponding work order asset for the period.
Equipment Cost	Total equipment cost for the corresponding work order asset for the period.
