Purge Inventory Reservations Interface Process

Run the Purge Inventory Reservations Interface process to purge data from the inventory reservations interface table (INV_RESERVATIONS_INTERFACE). This process lets you quickly delete error or pending records from the reservation interface. The content of this table displays on the Manage Reservations page.

Process Parameters

This table provide a description of the Purge Inventory Reservations Interface process parameters.

Parameter	Description
Purge Data Before	Purge any records in the reservation interface created before the date you specify here.
Status	Purge error, pending, or both error and pending records.
Load Request ID	Purge records for a specific file-based data import (FBDI) load. This is applicable for records loaded using the Reservation FBDI.

Steps

1. Navigate to the Scheduled Processes work area.
2. Click the Schedule New Process button.
3. Search for the Purge Inventory Reservations Interface process.
4. Click OK.
5. Enter the process details including the Purge Data Before date, Status, and Load Request ID.
6. Submit the process.

Functional Log

After running the scheduled process, you can view a summary of the process. The output from the functional log provides this information:

• Number of records picked
• Number of records processed
• Number of records failed
