StandardOperationId(required): integer(int64)
Value that uniquely identifies the standard operation. It is a primary key that the application generates when it creates the standard operation.

StandardOperationResourceAttachmentUniqID(required): string
This is the hash key of the attributes which make up the composite key for the Attachments for Resources resource and used to uniquely identify an instance of Attachments for Resources. The client should not generate the hash key value. Instead, the client should query on the Attachments for Resources collection resource in order to navigate to a specific instance of Attachments for Resources to get the hash key.
