How can I copy a plan?

Once you save a plan, you can copy and create a new plan.

This is particularly helpful when you want to: .

• Create a new plan with slight changes to an existing plan.

• Selectively copy the plan elements like the inspection criteria, action rules, and attachments.

• Copy the inspection plan within the same organization or to a different organization.

• Search to filter and select an item or an item catalog, and thereby, copy the plan to the selected item or item catalog.

Note: You can only copy a plan between the same inspection type. For example, you can copy a plan from an inventory plan to another inventory plan, but not to a work in process plan.

To copy a plan, on the Create Inspection Plan page, from the Actions drop-down list, select Copy Plan.
