A view object that represents the translatable fields for the item. For example, the item description is translatable.

LongDescription	string	An attribute value that is the long description for the item consisting of a statement, picture in words, or account that describes the item.
OrganizationId	long	An unique identifier for an organizing unit in the internal or external structure of your enterprise. Organization structures provide the framework for performing legal reporting, financial control, and management reporting. Primary Key
SourceLanguage	string	Source language from which the translations are copied from.
