Style Variant Attribute Value Set Interface

Open interface table for value sets that are used to represent style item variant attributes used for a SKU. For example, a shirt for a man comes in three colors, white, blue, and yellow, the value set will be created for shirt color and have three child value sets associated to it, one for each of the shirt colors.
