How can I set up transit times for intersubinventory transfer orders?

Define transit times between source and destination subinventory locations on the Manage Transit Times page.

To set up a transit time:

1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to the Manage Transit Times task:

   • Offering: Manufacturing and Supply Chain Materials Management

   • Functional Area: Carriers and Transit Times

   • Task: Manage Transit Times

2. Click the Add icon to create a new record.

3. Select Internal Location for the Origin Type field.

4. Select values for the Origin, Destination Type, and Destination fields.

5. Click the Assign Shipping Method button. Enter shipping method and transit time details.

6. Click Save and Close.
