How can I remove project and task details from a referenced return?

Set the Allow User to Remove Project Details on Reference Returns parameter to Yes.

When this parameter is set to Yes, you can remove project details before an order is submitted for a project-specific customer return.

From the Setup and Maintenance work area, use the Manage Order Management Parameters task to set this parameter:

• Offering: Order Management

• Functional Area: Orders (click Show All Tasks)

• Task: Manage Order Management Parameters
