What should I do if the scheduled process is in the Canceling status?

When you cancel a process, the application will revert to the original state when the process was initiated. This could take time because the transactions performed until you canceled the process have to be rolled back.

After the process is successfully canceled the status is changed to Canceled. If the process is in the Canceling status for some time, the Force Cancel option is enabled in the Actions menu. Check the logs and Force Cancel the process, if required.
