What should I do if the scheduled process is in the Running status?

A scheduled process could be in the Running status for a longer duration for various reasons:

  • An unusually high volume of transactions are being processed. This can happen if the process isn't run regularly.

  • The process status isn't updated in the Scheduled Processes UI. Refresh the page and check the status.

Monitor the process status regularly. You can also configure the notification options when running or scheduling a process, so that you're informed when the process is completed. If the process remains in the Running status for an unusually long duration, check the logs to see the progress and whether the process is stuck. If required, cancel the process so that the subsequent processes can run.
