You don't need to run the Load Filter Names for Planning Data Collection scheduled process to populate Organization filter values.

- Perform Order Orchestration and Planning Data Load (MSP_PERFORM_ORDER_ORCHESTRATION_AND_PLANNING_DATA_LOAD_PRIV)
