How You Collect Planning Data for Project-Specific Supply Planning
How you collect planning data depends on which one of these two scenarios is applicable to your enterprise:

When your supply chain execution products are Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Applications. |
You collect data from the Oracle Fusion source system. To do that, select the Collect Planning Data task from a Supply Planning work area or from the Setup and Maintenance work area. |
When your supply execution products aren't Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Applications. |
You collect data from an external source system. To do that, select the Load Planning Data from Files task from a Supply Planning work area or the Setup and Maintenance work area and upload data using predefined collection templates (XLSM files). |
