CJM_PROGRAM_CONDITIONS
CJM_PROGRAM_CONDITIONS contains the additional conditions for Level 1 qualifiers for a Channel Program. PROGRAM_QUALIFIER_ID will be the Foreign Key from CJM_PROGRAM_QUALIFIERS.PROGRAM_QUALIFIER_ID. All the rows present in this table will be the AND conditions for the corresponding Level 1 conditions present in CJM_PROGRAM_QUALIFIERS table.
