FAILURE_CODE_ID NUMBER 18 The failure code that caused this failure event. Foreign key to condition event codes with the type of failure.
CAUSE_CODE_ID NUMBER 18 The cause code that is identified for this failure. Foreign key to condition event codes with the type of cause.
RESOLUTION_CODE_ID NUMBER 18 The resolution code to this failure cause. Foreign key to condition event codes with the type of resolution.
WO_OPERATION_ID NUMBER 18 The work order operation where the failure is recorded.
FAILED_ITEM_ID NUMBER 18 The component item that is involved in the failure.
FAILED_SERIAL_NUMBER VARCHAR2 80 The serial number of the component item that is involved in the failure.
FAILED_ASSET_ID NUMBER 18 The asset reference of the failed item.
FAILURE_COMMENTS VARCHAR2 2000 Descriptive information about the failure, symptoms, cause, or resolution.
SEVERITY_CODE VARCHAR2 30 The perceived risk or impact of the failure. This comes from an extensible lookup.
STATUS_CODE VARCHAR2 30 The lifecycle of the failure: for example: “Analysis Required”, “Analysis in Progress”, “Analysis Completed”, “Analysis Not Required”, "Unassessed". This attribute would not be visible on the Failure Tracking page, but would be used afterwards as part of the "Root Cause Analysis" process. This comes from an extensible lookup.
FAILURE_FLAG VARCHAR2 1 Indicates that the failure instance created is truly a failure. When the instance is identified as not a failure, this flag is turned off.
