This table contains the definitions of events which are supported in SFO. Event definitions are seeded at the time of installation. Custom event definitions can be added using the setup UI.

| SEQUENCE_NUMBER | NUMBER | 18 | Yes | Signifies the order of the events to be expected for a particular agreement type and flow type. | |
| FLOW_TYPE | VARCHAR2 | 30 | Yes | Represents the type of the flow. Valid values are contained within the FOS_FLOW_TYPE_FOR_EVENT lookup type. | |
| EVENT_NAME | VARCHAR2 | 100 | Yes | Represents name of the event. SFO will be supporting a specific set of event name & namespace combinations. | |
| SEEDED_FLAG | VARCHAR2 | 1 | Yes | Flag that indicates if the event type is seeded. Seeded event types cannot be deleted or modified. | |
| OWNERSHIP_CHG_EVENT_TYPE_FLAG | VARCHAR2 | 1 | Yes | Flag that indicates if the event type can be used as an ownership change event type. | |
