QP_ROUNDING_RULES_B
This is the base table for Rounding Rules. Rounding Rules supports the ability for users to define specific Rounding Rules. This feature supports common common Rounding Rules such as "Round to precision", "Round to Nearest" and "Round to value", but is also extensible to support more complex Rounding Rules including cultural appearance rules.
