Manage Active Programs

You can perform limited edits on active programs. The changes are applicable only to sales orders created or updated after the program update.

• You can update the Status field.

• You can update the effective dates of the program. But if the start date is in the past, you can't update it.

• You can transfer the ownership of the program using the Owner field.

• You can add new product rules to your program.

• You can update the effective dates for existing product rules. But if the start date is in the past, you can't update it.

• You can add new market rules to your program.

• You can update the effective dates for existing market rules. But if the start date is in the past, you can't update it.
