How can I modify the default value for the User Item Type attribute?

To modify user item type, go to the following:

• Offering: Product Management
• Functional Area: Items
• Task: Manage Item Classes

Open the item class for which you want to modify the user item type, and select the Templates and Formats tab. You can modify the User Item Type attribute in the Edit Item Template section.

Note: To create new user item types, you can use the Manage Item Types task to add new lookup values to the EGP_ITEM_TYPE lookup type.
