Receiving Transaction History

Receiving transactions take place in different units of measure (UOM). For example, this table shows the transaction units of measure that we have for a particular item:

UOM Type	UOM Unit
Purchase order created in item UOM	Dozen
Receiving item UOM	Dozen
Return item UOM	Each

Because you can order items in one unit of measure, and receive, inspect, put away, and return the items in a different unit of measure, Receiving always shows data in an item's primary unit of measure on the Receipts page. However, you can use the Transaction History page to view the quantities in transaction UOMs for the individual transactions performed.

To access the Transaction History page, you must first navigate to the Receipt page for a particular receipt. Click the receipt number link from the following pages, such as Put Away Receipts, Inspect Receipts, Return Receipts, and Correct Receipts to access the Receipt (Summary) page. On the Receipt (Summary) page, select the View Transactions History button.
