Shipment Request Interface

The Shipment Request Interface enables you to view the error status of processed shipment lines.

The Shipment Request Interface is a read-only interface and it depicts items which are currently processing or which have an associated error. To reprocess a transaction which contains an error, you must rerun the transaction in the transaction source system (for example, Oracle Fusion Distributed Order Orchestration).

Run the Shipment Request Interface by selecting the Manage Shipment Message Interface link from the Tasks pane of the Shipments Overview page.

Before launching this interface, you must:

  • Load import data to the Shipment Interface tables (WSH_TRANSACTIONS_HISTORY and WSH_DEL_DETAILS_INTERFACE). For more information on each interface table, see Oracle Enterprise Repository for Oracle Fusion Applications.

    You can load data to interface tables using predefined templates and the Load Interface File for Import scheduled process, which are both part of the External Data Integration Services for Oracle Cloud feature. For other implementations, optionally use this feature only if you have SFTP configured for it.

  • Establish parent-child relationships for the Shipment Interface tables (WSH_TRANSACTIONS_HISTORY and WSH_DEL_DETAILS_INTERFACE).
