Purge Publication History Records for Spoke System

You can purge the publication history records for a spoke system using the Product Hub Publication Job scheduled process. This improves performance by systematically purging publication records on a scheduled basis.

To purge the publication history records using scheduled process:
  1. In the Scheduled Processes work area, click Schedule New Process.
  2. Search and open the Product Hub Publication Job schedule process.
  3. Specify the following parameters:
    • Spoke System - Select the spoke system for which you want to delete the publication history records.
    • Purge History – Select one of the following options:
      • All Rows - Purge all rows in the publication history including rows from publication jobs with the status error and completed.
      • Error Rows - Purge rows corresponding to publication jobs that were terminated due to errors.
      • Completed Rows - Purge rows corresponding to publication jobs that completed successfully.
  4. (Optional) Click Advanced and schedule the process to run at a later date and time.
  5. Submit the scheduled process.

    The scheduled process deletes the publication history records for the selected spoke system.

Note: You can't run the Publication Purge History operation if you have selected Yes for any of the other parameters in the Product Hub Publication Job scheduled process.
