Troubleshoot Performance Problems in Order Promising

You encounter unexpected promising results when you use a database solution.

  1. Go to the Scheduled Processes work area.

  2. Run the Extract Global Order Promising Replay Data scheduled process.

    Set these parameters when you run it.
    • Request Type
    • Request Date
    • Requested-by User
    • Sales Order Number
    • Replay Key
  3. Go to the Setup and Maintenance work area, then go to the task.
    • Offering: Order Management

    • Functional Area: Orders
    • Task: Review Collected Order Reference Data
  4. Examine the extracted data and make sure it looks correct.

The options that you set to analyze models on the Order Promising Options page determines the replay data.
