Search Options

You can search for quality actions, quality issues, problem reports, and corrective actions in the Quality Management work area, depending on the privileges you hold.

On the Search page, click Show Filters. The Filters panel appears, from which you can search applying any of the following attributes: Saved Search, Number, Organization, Type, Assigned To, Severity, Name, Status Type. Click Save to save your selections.

If you opt in to the feature Use Extensible Flexfields on Changes, Problem Reports and Corrective Actions, note that you can search for problem reports and corrective actions using the Manage Problem Reports and Manage Corrective Actions pages.
