Use Problem Reports and Corrective Actions for Engineering Design

Your administrator can set up problem reports and corrective actions to use advanced workflows, just like engineering change requests.

Once set up this way, you can create these problem reports and corrective actions directly from the Create menu - Create > Problem Report or Create > Corrective action. The look and behaviour of these objects are quite different from regular quality issues and actions.

You can also use the Search > Problem Reports or Search > Corrective Actions menu to find predefined problem report and corrective action objects and then edit or duplicate them to create your own. To quickly find an object, remember to mark it as a favorite when you create it. You can then use the Favorites infolet or the Favorites menu to find it.
