Troubleshoot Common Setup Issues

Use this table to resolve some common setup issues related to project-specific supply planning:

Issue	Cause	How to Resolve
I am unable to collect supplies and demands with project and task details.	Your organization might not be enabled for project-specific planning.	Ensure that the Project Enabled parameter is set to Yes for the organization on the Maintain Supply Network Model page.
I am unable to find my project group on the Manage Project groups page.	The start date of your project group in the XLSM file might be prior to the collection start date.	Ensure that the start date is either null or later than the collection run date.
I am unable to find any projects to assign to my project group on the Manage Project Groups page.	You might not have collected any projects from the Oracle Fusion source system or external source systems, or your projects might be assigned to a different project group.	Review data in the planning data repository to ensure that you collected valid project values from the Oracle Fusion source system or external source systems. Ensure that you removed projects from other project groups before you assign them to a new project group.
I am unable to find supplies and demands with project and task references for an item in the plan output.	You might have collected invalid project and task values and their relationships, or the hard pegging level value of the item might be None.	Ensure that the hard pegging level value of the item is set to Project and Task, Project, or Project Group. Collect valid project and task values and their relationships and then run your project-specific plan again.
When I review my plan output, I observe that the Items with a Shortage in a Project Task exception isn't calculated.	The exception might not be assigned to the exception set used in your project-specific plan.	Ensure that: You assign Items with a Shortage in a Project Task exception to that exception set that you use in your project-specific plan. You run your project-specific plan again.
I am unable to release planned orders with project and task attributes.	The Project Enabled parameter for the organization might be set to No.	Ensure that the Project Enabled parameter is set to Yes for the organization on the Maintain Supply Network Model page. Note: The Project Enabled parameter is set to No for Contract Manufacturing organizations, drop ship validation organizations, or an organization for which the Plan External Manufacturer Supplies is enabled.
