Configure Portfolios

You can configure the portfolio list using the Manage Portfolios task through the panel drawer in the Innovation Management work area.

To create portfolios:

  1. Log in to the Concept Design work area.
  2. Click Tasks from the panel drawer.
  3. Click Manage Portfolios.
  4. From the Standard Lookup Type, select a Lookup Type row on the Manage Portfolio Lookups page.
  5. From the Actions menu, click New to add a portfolio.
  6. Enter values in the following fields:
    1. Lookup Code
    2. Display Sequence
    3. Meaning
    4. Description
    5. Tag
    6. Lookup values descriptive flexfields.
  7. The Start Date and End Date fields appear automatically.
  8. The Enabled check box is enabled by default.

  9. Click Save.
