Configure User Display Format

You can configure how users are displayed on the interface by choosing a user name display format in the Setup and Maintenance work area.

Use the Manage Administrator Profile Values task to configure the user name display format.

Profile Option Setting for User Display

Profile Option	Description
ORA_EGP_NAME_DISPLAY_MODE	Specifies how users are displayed on the user interface. You can select your preferred display format. The options are: User Name - Example: Jane.Doe Email - Example: [e-mail] Name - Example: Jane Doe Note: The Name format is derived from the Display Name setting configured using the Manage Person Name Formats task in the Setup and Maintenance work area.

The default format for user display is applied on all pages and tabs, except the Attachments tab. The Attachments tab always displays users in the User Name format. If you haven't configured Email, First Name, and Last Name, then the User Name is displayed.
