CST_INV_TXN_FOR_SUCCESS_GT

Used by the PreProcessor to stores the distinct id of transactions that got successfully got processed in CST_TRANSACTIONS for all the Books attached to the Cost Org. This way CST_INV_TRANSACTIONS can be easily updated to SUCCESS_QPP status if a id exists in this table.
