SourceOrderChargeTierId	string	Value that uniquely identifies the charge tier in the source application.
TierFrom	decimal	Number that indicates the starting value of the tier.
TierSequenceNumber	decimal	Sequence number for the charge tier.
TierTo	decimal	Number that indicates the ending value of the tier.
