Program Checkbook
Here you'll learn about the program checkbook for customer programs.
View and analyze the current performance of customer programs. You can view information about rebates that customers have earned, claims that are in-process and paid, and view the balance available for customer payment.
The program checkbook provides an understanding of the success of a single program. Here you can analyze accruals by customer and bill to. This analysis helps to:
- Improve your understanding of the overall success of your promotions
- Reveal how customers are using your promotions, and through which programs
Note: The Checkbook tab displays only when the program is in Active,
Approval Pending, Approval Rejected,
or Terminated status.
How to use program checkbook
- Select a value from the Accrue-to Customer list to view accruals for the specific customer.
- Select a value from the Bill To list to view accruals for the specific customer.
- Click Search to search for the performance of the
customer programs based on the filters you applied. In the search results in the
Customers section, you can view details such as Accrue-to
Account, Earned, In
Progress, Paid,
Available, and so on. Click
Earned to export earned accruals to Microsoft Excel
to view and analyze supporting rebate details for customer programs. The export
includes the associated invoiced order details for transactional accruals and
adjustment accruals. This helps in understanding the accruals that make up
earned balances for a customer and a program. Use these details to research
accruals to understand if manual adjustments are required for a program, or to
view additional information on how accruals are derived from corresponding
invoiced orders. Click the Bell notification on the
Fusion Home page or any ADF page to download the earned accrual extract
file.Note: You can't download the file using the Bell notification from a Redwood page.
- Click the value in the In Progress or Paid fields to navigate to the Customer Payments page. This page displays the claim amounts that are in progress or paid to the customer. You can view details such as Claim Number, Status, Customer Reference, Settlement Method, Instrument Number, and so on.
