Retrieve Future Periods

After the ledger is configured, you can retrieve future periods from the accounting calendar starting from the first period assigned to the Sustainability Ledger. These are your sustainability periods, and you can manage their statuses within Oracle Fusion Cloud Sustainability.

Before you start

To perform this procedure, you must be assigned a role that has all the privileges of the predefined Sustainability Controller role.

You retrieve future periods from the Periods tab on the Sustainability Activities page as follows:

1. Click Navigator > Sustainability > Sustainability Activities.

2. Click the Periods tab.

3. On the Sustainability Periods page, select your sustainability ledger from which you must retrieve periods.

4. Click Retrieve Future Periods.

   All periods starting from the first period specified on the ledger with a default status of Open are retrieved and displayed in the Periods section.

The Periods section displays all the periods retrieved from the accounting calendar with its details. When more periods are added to the accounting calendar, you can use the Periods page again to retrieve the additional periods by clicking Retrieve Future Periods.
