The AI Assist capability is optional and is available only for the English language.
You need to enable the option for use in the work order notes.
To enable the AI Assist button for
notes on the Report Work or the Complete Work Order page:

Switch to the Notes & Attachments tab.

Click the Settings and Actions menu for the page. You
can click your user image or name in the global header to open the
Settings and Actions menu.

Select Edit Page in Visual Builder Studio.
Note:
To view the Edit Page in Visual Builder option in
the Settings and Actions menu, the user must have
a role that includes the View Administration Link privilege
(FND_VIEW_ADMIN_LINK_PRIV).

Set the enableAIAssist attribute to
true and Publish the change.
Results:
The AI Assist button should now
appear for new notes that you add.
