Example of Associating an Assignment Rule With a Change Type
You can define assignment rules to update the description field on a change.
Scenario
You want the description field to be updated automatically when the change moves to the approval status after reviewers in the interim approval status have approved the change.

Note: To ensure that valid attributes expressions are used in
rules, you can right-click in one of the expression fields and select Insert
Attribute, then use the Insert Attribute dialog box to populate attribute.
