PAR Counts Overview

Improve the operational efficiency of your day-to-day critical operations using Periodic Automatic Replenishment (PAR) counts and PAR replenishments requests monitoring across your organization.

To make sure your essential services run without any disruptions such as a delay in processing PAR counts or any errors executing PAR replenishments requests, the PAR Counts Overview page empowers you to monitor the status and take timely actions to reslove any potential issues.

Here's what you can do on the PAR Counts Overview page:

• Search for PAR count records based on location, item, and so on.
• Proactively preempt processing errors.
• Monitor various KPIs:
  • View the overall PAR status
  • Filter specific PARs
  • Extract their date and time of submission
  • Identify failed replenishment orders to provide immediate fix
  • PAR location
• Track the status of PARs at specific locations based on predefined thresholds to prevent the risk of stockout or overstock situations.
• Use the Supply Request Details view to dive deep into the supply chain orchestration details where you can track attributes related to order details, ordered quantity, delivery timelines, and so on.

Use these steps to monitor PAR replenishment activities across your organization:

1. From the Inventory Management work area, select the PAR Counts Overview task.
2. Select an organization.
3. On the PAR Counts Overview page, search for and retreive your PAR count details.
4. Click Details to access the PAR Count Details drawer to view additional information about the selected PAR count.
