Created From

The Created From attribute on the item page displays the source item name along with the organization name (as a link) from which the item was copied.

Though it’s hidden by default, you can enable it through Page Composer. When you click the link, the source item details appear in the current active revision in a new tab. You can view the details of the Created From attribute in the item history. If you delete the source item, an ID is displayed as the attribute value instead of the item name.

If you don't have access to the source item, an error message appears when you click the hyperlink. And, if you delete the source item a message on the General Information page informs you that no matches were found.
