Statuses for Planning Level Profiles
This topic lists the statuses for planning level profiles.
Status | Description |
---|---|
Draft | This status is automatically assigned to a planning level profile
when it's created. You use this status when you're setting up the planning level profile according to your business requirements. |
Enabled | You manually select this status for the planning level profile when
it meets your business requirements and is ready for submission through
the Aggregate Collected Planning Data scheduled
process. You can select this status only when the planning level profile has a unique set of hierarchy-level combinations. If you're using your planning level profile to ignore the Customer dimension, you can't use another planning level profile for this purpose. |
Ready | This status is automatically assigned to the planning level profile
after it's been successfully processed by the Aggregate
Collected Planning Data scheduled process. The planning level profile has a unique set of hierarchy-level combinations. You can attach the planning level profile to one or more demand plans. |
Disabled | You manually select this status for the planning level profile when
you no longer want to use it. When you select the Disabled status for the planning level profile, you can't select it for submission through the Aggregate Collected Planning Data scheduled process. If aggregated data exists for the disabled profile, the data is deleted the next time you run the Aggregate Collected Planning Data scheduled process for any other or all planning level profiles in the Enabled or Ready status. For example, if you've a planning level profile with the Enabled or Ready status, don't want the profile to be processed by the Aggregate Collected Planning Data scheduled process, but want to preserve the profile configuration, you can change the profile status to Disabled. |
Marked for delete | This status is automatically assigned to the planning level profile
when you select it and click Delete on the Manage
Planning Level Profiles page. The planning level profile is deleted the next time you run the Aggregate Collected Planning Data scheduled process for any other or all planning level profiles in the Enabled or Ready status. |
