Refresh the Access Control List for the Teams

Use the Refresh the Access Control List for the Teams scheduled process to reset the access control list for teams completely.

Note: You must be an administrative user to run this process.

When to Use

Use this process to explicitly perform a complete reset on the access control list for teams.

Privileges Required

  • Configure Access Control Teams, Permission Sets, and Conditions (EGP_ACCESS_CONTROL_TEAMS_PRIV)
  • Run Scheduled Processes (HEY_RUN_SCHEDULED_PROCESSES_PRIV)
  • Manage Scheduled Processes (FND_MANAGE_SCHEDULED_PROCESSES_PRIV)

Operation Optional The actions help to cleanup and recreate the access control lists.

Purge: Clears the entries in the tables corresponding to the access control lists.

Create: Creates the entries in the tables corresponding to the access control lists.

Delete: Deletes the entries in the tables corresponding to the access control lists.

Update: Updates the entries in the tables corresponding to the access control lists.

Troubleshooting Information

  • You can view the status of the refresh operation in the Scheduled Processes work area.
  • The validation errors and warning messages that prevented the schedule process are displayed in the error log. Any interactive warning validations aren’t performed.
  • When the program is submitted, you can use Resubmit, Put on Hold, Cancel Process, Release Process as provided by the Scheduled Processes work area.
