Create Claims from Lockbox

You can create claims automatically for deductions and overpayments from the Process Receipts Through Lockbox process in Receivables.

After receiving payments, the lockbox automatically:

• Creates invoice related claims in Channel Revenue Management for short pays and overpays to the invoice's outstanding balance.

• Creates non-invoice related claims in Channel Revenue Management for any remaining unapplied amount on receipts post applications.

To enable this, you must select the Create claims checkbox on your lockbox page.
