Review Service History

The Service History page lets you search and review the repair history of similar assets. From the My Maintenance Work page, click Service History under the Actions menu for the work order row that you wish to preview.

The item and organization filters use default values based on the work order asset. A list of recent repairs that have been completed for similar assets is displayed. The result rows include key work order details, including the repair summary that is optionally defined during work order completion.

You can use filters for asset item number, asset number, organization, and work order type to narrow down your result set. Additional filter criteria include the operation work center, asset work center, work order subtype, work order status, and actual start date. You can also use keyword-based search to refine the results.
