How You Reassign Item Definitions to a Different Planner
When a planner leaves an organization and that planner's items need to be reassigned, there are two ways you can reassign the planner’s item definitions.
- Don't change the planner code but instead reassign the existing code to a different employee on the Manage Planners page. In this case, there’s no need to change the planner codes for the item.
- Create one or more new planner codes (or use an existing one) and then either:
- Manually reassign the items to those one or more new planners individually.
- Use the item mass changes feature in the Product Information Management work area.
