Import the Configuration Package

Import the rapid implementation configuration package into your environment by using the Import option in the Setup and Maintenance work area.

Before you start

  • Download the rapid implementation package (Rapid Implementation Package.zip) from Oracle Cloud Customer Connect.

  • Ensure that you've enabled the Sustainability functional area for your offering.
  • Ensure that you're assigned a role that has all the privileges of the predefined Sustainability Application Administrator role and the Export Import Functional Setups User abstract role.

To import the rapid implementation package:

  1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area for Procurement offering, select Import from the Actions menu corresponding to the Sustainability functional area, and then click Create New.

  2. In the Warning dialog box that's displayed, click Yes.

  3. On the Import Offering Setup Data page, click Choose File and select the previously downloaded rapid implementation package.

  4. Expand the Import Options section, select or deselect any check boxes if needed and then click Submit.

  5. In the Confirmation dialog box, click OK.

  6. Monitor the import process by clicking Actions > Import > View all corresponding to the Sustainability functional area.

  7. Monitor the import process until it completes successfully.

    Data for setup tasks including value sets, descriptive flexfields, activity types, and global warming potentials are created and available in Oracle Sustainability.
