Why did the workflow stop responding?
In change orders and new item requests, the workflow can stop responding due to one of the following reasons:
- 
            Approval rule has an empty approval group. 
- 
            Approval rule not being associated with an approval group. 
- An invalid approver. The user or role selected as an approver doesn't exist in the application.
- 
            One or more lines don't match any rules in the approval task. 
- 
            Extensible flexfields not being generated. 
- 
            Inactive rules. 
- 
            Rules unavailable for the header stage. 
- 
            A new item request definition step assigned to a role and the role not being assigned to any user. 
- 
            An error in SOA workflow. Use Enterprise Manager to view workflow errors. 
- 
            Use of an incorrect case to specify the value of a parameter such as priority code.
