Complete with Details

You can report completion of a flow schedule using complete with details when any additional information such as lot number or serial number information related to the product or material are needed, by providing the details in the Product and Material Details tabs.

To report flow schedule completion using complete with details action:

1. Navigate to the Work Execution Overview work area.
2. From the Actions menu, select Flow Schedules Execution.

   The Production Lines page opens displaying the production lines that have been identified for the organization.

3. Select a production line and click View Flow Schedules to review the flow schedule summary of a production line.

   The Flow Schedules page displays the schedules that are sequenced for execution on a production line. The flow schedules are displayed in the order of the build sequence.

4. Select a flow schedule and click Complete with Details.

   A drawer opens with the Product Details and Material Details tabs.

5. Provide any additional information such as lot number and serial number information related to the product in the Product Details tab.
6. Provide any additional information such as the component information in the Material Details tab.

   Note: You can also scan the lot or serial number of the component.

   The serial number has been entered and the status with a green tick indicates for all the material records that all the required details are provided.

7. Click Save and Close.
