Production operators can perform inline inspections on work order operation
quantities when executing production at a workstation.
Operators record the inspection results against the
inspection characteristics for the samples prescribed in the inspection plan. The
inspection results are automatically used to transact quantities as completed or
rejected without any manual intervention from the operator. This eliminates the need to
have other systems to record quality inspection results.
        -
                Check in to the workstation.

 -
Scan or select the work order.

You may also have to select the work order operation.
             -
Review the work order operation details and the quality plan details.

Click the View icon against Quality Inspection to look
at the quality inspection plan details.
             -
Click Start to begin executing the work order
                    operation.

 -
Enter the Quantity and click Inspect and
                        Complete.

Depending on the inspection level in the inspection plan, you are required to
enter the inspection results for a subset of the quantities.
             -
Enter inspection results for the displayed samples and characteristics.

For example, you may be asked to enter the length and weight measurements
                    for two samples.
             -
Click Submit to submit your inspection results.

Depending on the inspection results, quantities are automatically transacted
                    as completed or rejected.
When quantities are rejected after inspection, further disposition of the
rejected items should be done from the Review Dispatch List page by the operator
                    or the production supervisor.
